Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. For RA number please email us at info@phonesonsale.com
All items being returned must be in original box with everything intact. (including parts, inside packaging and manuals etc). Do not deface or write on item box. Please include a note of the reason for return.
Used items are not returnable.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not send return labels.
We reserve the right to charge a $8.00 or 15% restocking fee whichever is greater, on non defective returns.
All defective claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
